Country singer files for divorce from actor husband

It may seem as though celebrity couples live charmed lives full of glamor and wealth. As Spokane residents read about them in newspapers and magazines, they may imagine how different their lives might be if they too were rich and famous. However, actors, singers and others who work in the entertainment industry are subject to the same heartaches and pain as regular people who must endure difficulties in their personal lives.

Just recently a popular country singer decided to end her long-term marriage from her actor husband. Natalie Maines, a member of the musical group the Dixie Chicks, decided to end her marriage to Adrian Pasdar, an actor who has starred on television programs for years. The famous couple share two sons who are still minors and as such their divorce may include negotiations regarding child support, child custody and visitation.

Maines and Pasdar may have to watch their marriage dissolve in front of the public eye, which is an unfortunate consequence of living their lives in the spotlight. Their decisions about spousal support, the manner in which they divide their property, the power of any premarital agreements they may have entered into over their divorce and other private considerations may be reported on and offered to the knowledge of readers throughout the world.

Divorce affects couples of all level of fame and fortune. Although some couples are able to peacefully end their marriages and transition smoothly into their post-divorce lives, others experience challenges with their exes and settling their agreements and orders that will govern their relationships in the years to come. Readers who are going through their own divorces and who wish to secure assistance with the processes are encouraged to contact family law attorneys for help.
